We worked with Builtvisible for their pre-recorded virtual event: ‘The in-house SEO’s guide to marketing through uncertainty’.
The Builtvisible team wanted to ensure a high production quality for their event and decided on a pre-recorded event to ensure the content was exactly as they wanted. Pre-recording gave all the contributors a chance to re-record any content they weren’t happy with and collaborate on the final video during our post-production process.
We headed to the Builtvisible offices to create the event sessions as well as teaser videos and an intro and outro video by the CEO. This content was edited and brought together for the virtual event.
At the Builtvisible offices our team set up audio and visual equipment and we briefed the speakers to help them feel comfortable with the recording process and with the autocue.
As well as the session content, we captured a virtual panel discussion, content with the CEO to be used to introduce and end the event, and teaser videos for marketing on the Builtvisible website and social media channels.
During post-production, we added graphic overlays designed by our graphic design team for the virtual panel discussion and lower thirds for the video content. We worked with the Builtvisible team to ensure each video was to their exact wishes.
We produced and built the event in the Hopin event platform. The pre-recorded content was then streamed into their event space on Hopin.
The virtual event ran as a live event, so the Builtvisible team utilised several of Hopin’s features, including the chat function, Q&A, polling and expo booths. The content was then made available on-demand the following day to all those that registered.
