How last minute can I book event photography?

We have a wide network of photographers based in London, so it is worth contacting us for a last-minute photographer for London event photography, even 24 hours before your event. We will always do our best to secure an event photographer for you.

Do you have event photographers outside of London?

Yes, we have a network of photographers in the UK, Europe and North America for event photography.

What type of photography do you do?

We’re specialists in event photography for events of all sizes and types, including conference photography, award ceremony photography, brand activation event photography, etc. We also have specialist photographers in the areas of product and promotional photography, venue photography, headshots and corporate photography, and social media campaign photography. A selection of our photography can be viewed on our website.

How long does it take to receive my photographs after my event?

Our photography packages come with a 48-hour turnaround time as standard, but if you need them within 24 hours, we can do this for an additional fee. Similarly, for an additional fee, we can turn around a selection the next morning, if required.

How much does event photography cost?

We have two event photography packages, which cover a half-day (4 hours) or full-day (8 hours) shoot with 150 and 200 images included as standard, starting at £495 ex VAT. If you need a bespoke package created for your event needs, just get in touch and we will create a bespoke quote for you.

What do I need to include in an event photography brief?

To help your photographer best understand your vision and style, include the following when writing your brief:

  • Are there any key figures that you need the photographer to capture?
  • What quality stills do you need – print quality, high-res social media quality, etc?
  • What aspect ratio do you want/where are the images going? 1×1, 4×3 and 9:16 are typical for social media, 16:9 (horizontal) for a website, etc.
  • Do you need any other photography e.g. headshots, food and drink, etc?
  • How quickly do you need the edited images?
  • Do you need a selection for PR/social eg. 5 images delivered the same day or the following morning?
