True Global Innovation Showcase Hybrid Event

We worked with True Global on their annual Innovation Showcase which highlights a small selection of the most exciting technology and innovations of the past 12 months. We live streamed the event content to the Slido event platform for virtual attendees, Q&A, polls and surveys. True also had remote speakers who presented via Zoom and we added branded graphics in vMix to elevate the production of the pitch event. Additionally, our videographers captured interviews and footage of the live production for a highlights video of the event.

Hybrid 5 Day PA Ignite Design Festival – UK & USA

We were enlisted to help PA Consulting on their 5-day global hybrid event, the ‘Ignite Design Festival’, which was live streamed across three locations in the UK and USA.

As a multi-site hybrid event, happening concurrently in the USA and UK, the main priority of the client was that the event was cohesive and slick across the three locations and with the remote contributors located around the world. The live production at all sites needed to work together to create a seamless hybrid event with a flawless and consistent live stream.

What is the best platform for hybrid events?

We use our live streaming package as a base cost and can bolt on the additional crew and equipment needed to facilitate virtual contributors. The additional cost starts at £1,500 for shorter simpler hybrid events, with a starting price for hybrid event production at £5,000 (ex VAT). Our packages always include a comprehensive team with all the required equipment, a site visit, speaker briefings, and tech rehearsals.

Do you help with venue, set and stage design for hybrid events?

Our creative design team can help with a range of event branding for your hybrid event including venue, set, and stage design. They can also help to create an event brand identity that translates across the full digital and print media spectrum and help with digital event assets and marketing collateral.

What are the benefits of using green screen technology at a hybrid event?

A green screen enables chroma key compositing (or chroma keying) – a visual effects technique typically applied in video or post-production to seamlessly merge two images or streams together based on their hue. The colour green doesn’t match skin tones, so it is successfully picked up as background and doesn’t cause a ‘hole’ in your image.

Using a green screen allows you to completely control the background of your image, which can be manipulated in any way you wish. This creates a broadcast-quality look and feel to your presentations and events.
