We’re delighted to announce the opening of our US operation with our sister company New York Filmed (US Filmed LLC), marking an exciting new chapter for the business. This expansion into one of the world’s largest and most dynamic markets represents our commitment to servicing our clients on a global scale.

There’s no better time than now. We are in a really good position as a business to expand, with a great team
and a client base that we are already working with in New York and Los Angeles. We know we
can deliver to the same high standards as the UK and the sizeable market in New York
was just too large to ignore.

About London Filmed

Founded in 2019, London Filmed began as an Event Filming and Photography company for corporate clients across London and other major UK cities. Noticing the frustrations that clients faced in the events industry, Co-Founders Nick Forster and Tom Mahon embarked on a mission to modernise the event building process. London Filmed evolved into a full-service event production company, offering technical and creative event media solutions with a digital, transparent, streamlined approach to project management. After years of producing successful live events across London and the UK, we began supporting our clients across Europe and North America. It was clear there was a market need for the same service and client experience we developed with London Filmed out in the US.

The seed for New York Filmed was sown.

Our clients have been one of the biggest driving forces of our expansion out to New York. Their frustrations were similar to those that inspired the growth of London Filmed – an outdated, clunky, opaque way of approaching live production. In opening New York Filmed, we’re looking forward to extending our simplified and streamlined approach to our clients in the US.

US Filmed LLC (dba New York Filmed), is a full-service event production company offering both technical live production and creative media services to businesses across North America. This includes Live Streaming, AV Support, Event Production and Design, Event Filming, Photography, and Video Production. We pride ourselves on the simplified, streamlined, digital event building process that we have spent years honing, which makes for a transparent, collaborative working partnership with our clients and an exceptional client experience, every time.

Our experience delivering successful projects across the UK, Europe and North America, coupled with our expansive production and creative service offering, make us a great fit for this market.

The events industry is pretty outdated and ripe for change. There’s a real opportunity to disrupt
the market and bring a level of clarity and freshness to it.

New York: a strategic base

New York has an incredibly vibrant business community and has been on the roadmap for a number of years because of the sizeable market. After taking a measured approach to building the business and developing a solid team, now is the perfect time to make the leap and open our second office.

Launching US Filmed LLC (dba New York Filmed) in New York offers the strategic opportunities we need to build stronger connections with our current US clients and partners and offers a wealth of new opportunities. Co-Founder Tom Mahon says: “As a business, we want to have a global approach but a local presence, so it’s really important for us to be on the ground, understanding and learning [about the US market]. Opening New York Filmed is a really important step for us in that regard.” In doing so, we will continue to collaborate with innovative local partners to grow our team in a way that will best support our clients and their needs. Being based in New York also provides us with a springboard to service clients in the rest of the US.
