Event Branding and Live Streaming for Contentstack

The project: event branding & live streaming

We partnered with ContentStack on their ContentCon Europe 2025 event held at EartH, London. As part of our Smart Venue Partnership with EartH Hackney, we supported both in-room branding and live stream production for this high-profile event. We worked closely with the client, and the venue’s in-house team to help bring all the elements together for the event.

The live day included a full schedule of keynotes and sessions in the theatre space, as well as a breakout and networking area. Attendees ranged from marketing and technical leaders to data practitioners, all gathering to explore digital experience innovation, personalisation, data-driven strategies, and AI-enabled content

Live streaming & technical support

We live streamed the main conference sessions to Contentstack’s internal platform, extending the reach of the event to remote and virtual audiences. Our video producer captured the content on site while our live stream engineer oversaw the stream, ensuring a smooth and reliable broadcast throughout.

Working with the in-house AV team at EartH Hackney, we aligned set-ups across sound, lighting, and video playback to meet both creative and technical standards. Our contribution included providing an LED screen for the main theatre, comfort monitors, projectors, sound equipment, a custom gobo light, and wash lights to enhance the look and feel of the space.

Post-event, our editing team cut down the live recordings into individual session videos, enabling Contentstack to host on-demand content for their audience. All edits were delivered within 48 hours, giving the client a fast turnaround and lasting value beyond the live experience.

Event branding & design

We transformed EartH into a fully branded environment, creating an immersive experience for attendees from the moment they arrived. Branded vinyl graphics were installed throughout the venue, leading guests from the entrance right through to the main conference space.

Outside, branded flagpoles set the tone, while the theatre stage featured large branded banners flanking the main screen, complemented by custom-sourced stage furniture and draping on either side.

The breakout area carried the brand seamlessly across bar frontages, wall vinyls in varying shapes and sizes, and bold use of logos and colours. Additional branded elements — including posters, foam boards, column wraps and floor vinyls — reinforced the identity at every touchpoint, ensuring a consistent and high-impact visual experience.

The result

The collaboration between London Filmed, Contentstack, and EartH Hackney resulted in a well executed event that combined creative visual branding with seamless technical delivery, with every element designed to maximise impact for both in-person and online attendees. By working closely with the in-house AV team, we ensured consistency across sound, lighting, and video, while fast turnaround for on-demand content extended the event’s value long after the day itself. The result was a polished, fully branded conference experience that left a lasting impression on attendees and remote viewers.
