Event Branding for the StackAdapt Conversion Summit

The project: event branding & production

StackAdapt partnered with us to deliver their first-ever UK Conversion Summit — a flagship event for performance marketers and agency leaders. The project called for a full-service approach: from transforming the venue with bespoke branding to managing AV production, and capturing high-quality content throughout the day for post-event marketing.

The goal? To create a standout in-person experience that also delivered lasting value through strategic content creation.

On the day, our team arrived early to get everything setup in good time. Our project manager was on-site to liaise with the client and coordinate all teams, troubleshooting in real-time and keeping everything on schedule. Our AV team handled all equipment installation, allowing time for rehearsals and final checks before doors opened.

Working alongside our creative partners at Scenic Escape, we produced a suite of bespoke branded elements tailored to the industrial charm of Kachette, East London. These included wall vinyls, a large floor vinyl strip emulating a carpet runner, hanging branded panels, way finding blocks, LED logo cubes, window vinyls, branded flag poles, and even custom cushions — all designed to incorporate the StackAdapt identity throughout the whole venue.

We also built a fully carpeted stage and sourced props and furniture to complete the main room, where various speakers would be hosting sessions throughout the evening.

To ensure alignment ahead of the event, we produced a detailed 3D render of the full layout — giving the client clear visibility on signage placement, staging, lighting, and overall flow.

AV support and event filming

Technical production

Our AV team managed the complete technical delivery for both the main room and breakout area. This included PA systems, projector and screen setups, and a lighting design tailored to the venue’s unique architecture. We supported rehearsals, ensuring that all content, visuals, and sound levels were perfectly aligned for a smooth show experience. As part of the design, we also installed custom gobo lighting featuring the StackAdapt logo and mounted bespoke neon signage on stage — adding branded visual impact to the environment.

Video & photography

We captured the event in full — filming every session for future use and producing a highlights video that showcased the atmosphere of the day. During the setup window, we also filmed a series of client case study interviews for StackAdapt, to maximise content opportunities. Alongside the video team, our professional photographer documented every detail — from branded moments and audience reactions to behind-the-scenes activity — providing a versatile library of assets for post-event marketing and internal use.
