Our client, Cognizant, hosted the CX50 gala dinner in partnership with Adobe and Marketing Week at Frameless, London to celebrate the top visionaries in Customer Experience (CX).
Frameless is an experiential event venue, which provides multiple opportunities to create branded touchpoints throughout the attendee experience. We were briefed by Cognizant to deliver the digital assets for these touchpoints at the venue. These included the LED panels in the foyer, escalator, passageways, and content for the 360° gallery where the gala dinner was hosted.
Our Design and Production team collaborated to produce the assets. Using Cognizant’s brand guidelines, we took inspiration from one of their brand gradient blue/pink colourways. We worked with a flowing, organic-inspired visual that would work for all LED screen formats, including larger LED screens and smaller LED layered panels. For the foyer, we created an animated video to loop on the large LED screens, which also showcased the sponsor logos. For the smaller LED panels in the passageways and escalators, we also utilised organic, flowing visuals which were layered with the Cognizant gradient.
For the 360° gallery, we worked with the Frameless team to orchestrate a beautiful visual display that bathed the attendees in a different piece of art for each course. We also used the Cognizant brand gradient to coat the 360° walls, layering prize winner graphics and custom videos on top for the awards ceremony.
From the attendee’s first step through the Frameless doors to the main event space – the 360° gallery – the branded touchpoints helped create a seamless, engaging journey for the attendees. We hope you agree it made for a simple, yet impactful experience and is a brilliant example of how digital graphics can transform venue spaces into an unforgettable, branded immersive experience.
