Event Branding and Live Streaming for Contentstack
Discover how we partnered with one of our Smart Venue Partnerships, EartH Hackney, to support ContentStack with their ContentCon 2025...
We’ve partnered with All Saints for several years across a range of internal and external event projects, including their annual runway shows. Each year brings a new London venue, offering distinctive backdrops and atmospheres that perfectly align with the brand’s aesthetic. This year was no exception, hosted in the Tate Modern’s iconic Tanks room, the space provided a raw, industrial setting that complemented AllSaints’ signature style.
Prior to the event, our project manager was in close communication with the event organisers to ensure we were all on the same page and organised before the event. On the day, we worked with the client to troubleshoot and problem solve in order to provide the best outcome possible. Our production lead ensured we had all the correct equipment and team on-site to set up and rehearse the flow of the runway, correcting anything that was needed before the live show.

Our team provided a live stream, broadcasted to All Saints’ Instagram, YouTube and an internal shopping site. We had three videographers filming the event from three different locations of the space, in order to capture three different angles as the models moved through the room. Our live stream engineer then mixed the shots together to provide an engaging flow of movement throughout.
We collaborated with the in-house AV team, who provided an audio feed for the stream, which included a live string and DJ ensemble which accompanied the runway.
Along with filming the event for the stream itself, we also had a couple more videographers filming b-roll footage of the live show, to provide All Saints with a highlights video that they could use for post-event marketing. The footage was handed over to our in-house editing team, who created a narrative and brand appropriate edit for the video.
During the live event, our team operated through a full communication setup, keeping videographers, the project manager, and live stream engineers connected throughout the show. This allowed the engineers to relay real-time feedback, adjustments, information or errors to the camera operators to allow for quick technical fixes. This ensured everything ran smoothly and the entire team stayed aligned from start to finish.
The runway show at the Tate Modern was a standout moment in All Saints’ annual calendar, and by live streaming the event, it became much more than a one-time experience. Our team’s contribution opened the VIP show to audiences far beyond the room, allowing fans and consumers around the world to watch in real time across All Saints’ social channels.
This wider reach not only built excitement for the new collection but also contributed to a larger marketing strategy designed to engage audiences online, drive conversation, and amplify brand visibility. Post live event, the recorded stream was uploaded and accessible via platforms such as YouTube, offering long-term value as both consumer-facing content and an internal reference for future campaigns, adding even more value to the service.
Working with a professional production team ensured that the stream ran smoothly, overcoming the challenges of a live environment and allowing the AllSaints team to stay focused on the creative vision. By capturing the live runway and ensuring technical precision, our collaboration enhanced a single live event into a global experience.
