We worked with Builtvisible for their pre-recorded virtual event: ‘The in-house SEO’s guide to marketing through uncertainty’.

The Builtvisible team wanted to ensure a high production quality for their event and decided on a pre-recorded event to ensure the content was exactly as they wanted. Pre-recording gave all the contributors a chance to re-record any content they weren’t happy with and collaborate on the final video during our post-production process.

We headed to the Builtvisible offices to create the event sessions as well as teaser videos and an intro and outro video by the CEO. This content was edited and brought together for the virtual event.

What digital event assets do you need for a virtual event?

The basic event assets required for a virtual event are holding and transition cards to be shown at the start, end, and in between sessions, and session speaker templates.
